Trying to roll over...

We haven't caught Michael rolling over on camera yet, but here is a little video of him trying :)

Look Ma, I can use my hands... and my feet!

In this video, Michael has been delighted to learn that when he hits the puppy and the kitty on this activity toy, music will play. He has also discovered that feet work pretty well, too!

Elmo

Michael has a big stuffed Elmo. This is what happened the first time Michael met Elmo. At first, they were friends...

Then, not so much... actually Michael likes the bright red color that Elmo is. Elmo is not my personal favorite... I wish we had a great big Oscar the Grouch or even a snuffalufagus.

Here he is kicking back, "What's up, Mom?"

He has something very important to say in this one... when I figure out what it is, I'll let yall know :)

Michael started jabbering today after we returned home from the grocery store. I'm assuming he's telling us about all the neat things he saw. Whatever he was saying, he really felt strongly about!

Just Playing Around

These are videos of Michael playing on his activity mat. The quality on one of them is really bad, but if you look closely, you can see Oscar moving in and out of the frame :)

Our friends Jen and Randy recently had twin boys, Mark and Ryan. We went to visit them last Sunday. The boys are adorable! We were amazed how little they seemed. Michael came out at nearly 10 pounds, so he was never that tiny! The top pictures shows Jen and Mark, and the bottom picture shows Jason and Randy holding Michael and "Big R". Kinda reminds me of David and Goliath!

4 Months Old!

It's been 4 months already... my, how time flies! Michael's newest accomplishment is rolling from his back to his belly. He's slowly getting better at it, but he gets so upset to do all that work only to end up on his tummy, his least favorite position!
